Terms of Service

Booking a service means you agree to arrive on time and to let us know about anything that could affect your treatment — pregnancy, medications such as Accutane or retinol, allergies, or recent waxing, shaving or sun exposure.

Please give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Changes made inside that window may be charged 100% of the service. Illness, emergencies and inclement weather are handled case by case.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we have to shorten or move the service, because the next client is waiting.

Prices on the service menu and in the shop are shown in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you see at the time of booking or checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout for shop orders and at the end of your appointment for services.

Product descriptions, routines and quiz results are guidance, not medical advice. Patch test new products and stop using anything that irritates your skin. If you have a skin condition, please see a dermatologist.

A missed appointment without notice may be charged in full, and repeat no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit before booking again.
